Our production processes
CM’s expertise goes beyond metal filters. We craft a diverse range of precision-engineered products, including custom-built spiral tube forming machines. Our meticulous process starts with shaping the raw materials: from manual or laser cutting for precise dimensions, to stamping intricate details, and perforation for optimal performance. We then employ various assembly techniques like over-moulding, crimping, and gluing for a seamless fit.
Finally, depending on the application, our team utilizes TIG, electrical resistance, tin, or laser welding to ensure robust and reliable products. This comprehensive approach allows us to deliver exactly what you need, from high-performance filters to custom-designed spiral tube forming machines.
